OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 5248/TCT-TNCN DATED 25 NOVEMBER 2014 OF GDT IN GUIDANCE OF PIT REDUCTION
According to official letter No. 5248/TCT-TNCN:
In case, taxpayers involve in natural disasters, fires, accidents, fatal disease which affect to tax payment, they will be able to reduce, exempt PIT corresponding to the damages but not over PIT payable, not depending on their taxable income.
